Look & Listen- customer care

Whats up my peeps! It seems to be music time hahahahaha.

I took a stroll to look & listen to see how they compare to musica and the way I was treated at look & listen will out do musica any day, it was fantastic. I walked into the shop and was greeted straight away with a huge welcome by such a friendly guy showing me all the latest deals and releases available I was very impressed.

The shop is so organised everything is so easy to find and it’s a lakka big shop too so you not all on top of each other - and I mean the shop was busy being Christmas, I was expecting to wait awhile to be served but I was wrong.  I was helped within minutes of entering the shop. I asked the chap for a CD that I have been looking for all over, and I said that to him and he tuned me lets go check up on the computer to save time looking around and I was keen for that cause I don’t smaak crowds. He searched for my CD and found it on the system but we were both not to sure if it was the one I was looking for so he told me to follow him and he went looking through the racks for me and I just had to stand there and see if it was the right CD I was looking for, and it was.

That chap that served me was a star and he even stopped wat he was doing to help me, he didn’t make me wait for anything. Once we found the CD he stepped back while I made sure it was the one I wanted and he didn’t put me under pressure to buy it or anything the customer service and customer care at look & listen is out of this world. 

Look & listen will always get my money if I want some good tunes, cause they were the top dogs.

I am so happy and impressed with that shop. The vibe in the shop was so lakka everyone was happy and chilled and that is how things should be, us customers are always keen to shop at places like these..

Musica – customer service

Wazzzzzzz up cuzzies!! I really smaak my music so I went to visit musica’s other shop to see if they had what I was looking for, and by the look of things not.  I just can’t win.

 I went in knowing wat I was looking for and from having that bad experience with the other musica shop with everything being upside down I was preparing myself for the worst lol.

 Funny enough the shop was very organised and things where in the right place it was much easier to find what I was looking for, maybe because it is a smaller shop or something I don’t know but they should all be the same. I looked around that shop and just couldn’t find the CD I was looking for and by this time I have been there awhile and I was the only person in the shop with 3 staff members, they could see I was looking for something but they didn’t ask me if I needed help. Staff members don’t realize that if they help the customers it makes it easier and faster for the customer to get what they are looking for and they will return cause the customer service was so good, if they could understand that then life would be so much easier lol but they don’t really care.

 The shop didn’t have the CD I was looking for and I couldn’t be bothered to ask them to order it cause if there ordering is like there service then I will never get my CD. I decided to take another CD and I wasn’t sure if it was the latest one so I had to go ask one of them , the one lady saw me walking towards her and she was all of a sudden very busy to help me so she called someone else and she wasn’t a bundle of joy either.

When I eventually got help I asked if the CD I was holding the latest one and my replay was “ ja” that is all that was said haha,I couldn’t believe it, I had a smile on my face but oh my it was an evil smile. I was standing at the till waiting to pay for my CD and that took some time for that to happen cause that same woman behind the counter just didn’t want to help me, not once did that woman that did the sale give me eye contact it was like I wasn’t there at all so I just wanted to pay for the CD and leave, thinking about it now I shouldn’t of bought anything there....

 Hopefully one of these days all these oxygen thieves will realise that they need to help the customers and make them happy. Happy customers means happy store and a happy store means happy boss and then that means happy staff its not hard to understand hahahahahahaha

Musica Megastore- Customer service

Howzit! my peeps long time no stories lol sorry about that. im sure you will get over it hahahahahaha!!!

I went to Musica megastore to buy a CD for a Christmas present but when I walked into the shop I was lost hahahaha nothing was in order. I was given a pamphlet when I walked in hoping that it would be a map of some sort! im not happy about the layout of that shop, surely the latest releases should be in the front of the shop that everyone can see and with a big heading pointing out where they are.

I walked around the shop trying to find the section where I would maybe find the CD but it was a nightmare. Everything is mixed up in that store, the old is with the new and the different languages are all mixed up. It took me awhile to start understanding their set up

Eventually I was asked if I wanted some help and I was fast to answer that. I asked the chap to please show me where I can find the certain CD I was looking for and he was pretty sharp. He found the section where it should be but my item wasn’t there. That was now a major flop, I felt like all my time walking around like a stupid was a waste of time and he could see that and he said he is going to go check on the system if they have that CD or wat.  The bad news came back that they are sold out, and he tried to offer me another one.   I wasn’t interested so I thought I would ask him where I could maybe get it, (I thought he would say he doesn’t know) but sure enough he recommended me to another Musica just down the way from their shop.

The guy that helped me in Musica was a good guy and I suppose he tried to help with whatever I needed so shot for that cuzz!! All they need to do is sort out the order in that shop and there customer care will be awesome. I had a lakka time in Musica I will more than likely be back to spend some money there.

Mr Price Home Away From Home….- customer care

This is a joke my peeps hahahahahah! I love it when you talk to people and explain something to them what you’re looking for, and they seem to know what you meant,  but in the mean time they haven’t got a clue.

I went to Mr Price home looking for a Christmas present for my mother and I knew what I wanted cause I was told about it, so I thought if I could understand what I was looking for then other people would also understand it too hahahahaha fat chance of that happening.I walked through the shop first to see if I could find what I was looking for but I didn’t know what section it was in, nobody came to try help me I wasn’t surprised. I had to go find someone to help me cause I could walk through that shop for the whole day trying to find that item. I asked someone to help me and she didn't look to impressed with me cause I stopped her from folding towels lol.

I explained what I wanted and she showed me the complete opposite thing, so I stopped and explained it in more detail and that didn’t help either.  She said that they might have something in the store room so I thought I might hit luck and maybe someone in the back might understand lol. she bought out the same things she was showing me on the floor I just had to laugh.

While she was in the stock room I carried on looking around - and found the item I was looking for. It happened to be right there where I asked the lady to help me, and it looked just like the way I explained it to her. I waited for her to return from the stock room to tell me that they don’t have anything like what im trying to explain to her.

I took the sales assistant to see the item I had found, and the look on her face was priceless! LOL.

I wish I had a camara lol. but the thing is that I had to find my own item . the staff nowadays don’t know what the shop is selling and that is sad cause then the staff is no help to us customers and that makes the customer service and customer care bad for the shop and that will just cause us to get angry, but hey I suppose she tried to help by going into the storeroom to look for me and all that but it didn’t help that she had no idea what she was looking for hahahahahahaha shame.
